• Advising, within the context of local or multijurisdictional restructuring, a multinational pharmaceutical company, a major Portuguese cable company, the global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial applications, local and international banks and financial services providers, one of the leading companies in the creation and distribution of multimedia software products and internet applications, a global marketer of consumer and commercial products, a multinational company in the sector of risk management, risk assessment and risk mitigation and a leading global supplier of mobile electronics and transportation systems, amongst other local and international companies, in implementing redundancy programs, notably through lay-off and collective dismissal procedures, elimination of work places and closing down of companies and/or undertakings;
• Advising a multinational music production and publishing group in various issues associated with the termination of its professional relationship with its local manager and transfer of undertaking-related matters;
• Advising a large Portuguese packaging company in various labour issues associated with the relocation of its industrial facilities, including the transfer of the affected employees;
