The 2nd edition of the Mini MBA on “Personnel Administration and Management”, presented by iiR Portugal, will be held between 10 and 12 November. The implications and other issues brought by the enactment of the new Labour Code will be covered and discussed at this event. Miranda lawyers Paula Caldeira Dutschmann and Joana de Almeida Neves will be keynote speakers and will be addressing the different types of existing employment contracts as well as collective dismissal and termination of employment contracts. Head of Miranda HR Rui Marques will be bringing to the table a discussion on HR policy auditing and monitoring techniques.
