Miranda Associates Tânia Cascais, Nuno Gouveia and Maria Figueiredo participated as keynote speakers at IFE seminar on “Legal Aspects of Investing in Angola”, held on 18 and 19 November, in Lisbon. A variety of topics were discussed, including available tax incentives for foreign investors, dealing with the Angolan Private Investment Agency (ANIP), employment of nationals and expatriates, repatriation of profits, local content requirements, only to name a few. The Seminar was attended by executives and managers of Portuguese companies with existing and potential investment in Angola.
