Miranda Labour Associate Paula Caldeira Dutschmann and Head of Human Resources Rui Marques, will be speakers at the 3rd Mini MBA on “Administration and Personnel Management” scheduled to take place between 20 and 22 April, in Lisbon. Paula will cover three main topics: “Hiring: Types of Employment Contracts”, “Service Provider Receipts (Recibos Verdes) and Fixed Term Contracts” and “Collective Redundancy and Extinction of Work Position”. Rui will be addressing the various ways to audit and monitor human resource policies. This initiative is promoted by iiR Portugal and is particularly aimed at professionals in charge of training and personnel, heads of human resources and legal consultants.
