Miguel Navarro de Castro (born 1974), Senior Associate. Graduate of the Lusíada University Law School (1999). Admitted in 2001. Joined the Firm in 2008.

Before joining the Firm, Miguel worked as a trainee at Pena, Machete, Botelho Moniz, Nobre Guedes, Ruiz & Associados and later, from 2001 to 2003, as an associate at Rui Pena, Arnaut & Associados.

Between 2003 and 2008 he served as Legal Counsellor to the President of the Supreme Administrative Court.

Miguel practices in several areas of administrative law, mainly in the areas of public procurement and administrative litigation. He regularly advises both private and public entities.

Miguel has a post-graduate degree in Administrative Law from the Lisbon University Law School (2002).

His practice focuses on the areas of public law.

Miguel is fluent in English.
