Paula Caldeira Dutschmann (born 1970), Senior Associate. Graduate of the Lisbon Moderna University (1999). Admitted in 2002. Joined the Firm in 2005.

Following her graduation, Paula worked as a trainee at M.C. Lopes, A. Ribeiro, J.L. Cavaco e R.V. Matias, and later at Oliveira, Martins, Moura, Esteves e Associados as a senior associate in the corporate and labour department. In 2004, Paula was one of the founding partners of Luís M.S. Oliveira & Associados, where she was responsible for the labour department.

Paula has a post-graduation in Labour Law and Social Security by the Labour Institute of the Lisbon University Law School (2003).

Paula's practice focuses on labour and corporate law.

Paula is fluent in English and Spanish.
