Diogo Bártolo (born 1955). Of Counsel. Graduate of the Lisbon University Law School (1979). Master in Legal Sciences by the Lisbon University Law School (1990). Admitted in 1981. Joined the Firm in 2007.

Between 1981 and 1999, Diogo was a Lecturer at the Lisbon University Law School, and was also regularly invited to lecture in other universities. Diogo acts as consultant to the Medical Association on medical disciplinary matters since 1981. Between 2003 and 2007 Diogo was Principal Legal Counsel to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, where he was responsible for writing legal opinions and representing the State in administrative lawsuits.

Diogo is also a lecturer in Civil Law at the Lusíada University and the Autónoma University. He is the author of several published papers on legal matters and is currently working on his PhD thesis.

Diogo's practice focuses on contracts and administrative and commercial litigation, as well as arbitration.

Diogo is fluent in English and French.
