Our Corporate & Commercial team is young and enthusiastic, combining several partners with extensive experience in different jurisdictions and a mix of associates with diverse seniority levels. The team assists domestic and international clients in connection with their day-to-day corporate needs, as well as in respect of challenging and complex cross-border transactions. We place significant effort in blending technical expertise with commercial pragmatism to meet the high demands of our clients. 

 

The Job


This position involves working directly with partners, advising clients on a diverse range of matters such as:
• Corporate Restructurings
• Mergers & Acquisitions
• Shareholders Agreements
• Company Incorporations
• Equity Investments and Share Capital Increases
• Transformations
• Demergers
• Corporate Governance
• Distribution Agreements
• Franchising Agreements
• Agency Agreements
• Joint Venture Agreements
• Asset Transfers

 

Your Profile
• Law degree from leading university;
• Admission to the Portuguese Bar Association;
• At least 5 years’ post-admission experience;
• Fluent in English (any other languages being an advantage);
• Excellent writing and organizational skills;
• Experience with international clients and cross-border work;
• Enthusiastic to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment;
• Available to travel and open-minded to assignments abroad;
• Flexible and capable of modifying priorities as needed
