New procedures were recently enacted for obtaining or renewing a manpower agency license for companies engaged in the activity of supplying workers on a temporary basis. Through Executive Decree No. 11/19, of 10 January 2019, the license will be valid for a period of 24 months, while any application to renew must be submitted at least 30 days ahead of its expiry date and will be subject to a mandatory inspection by the General Inspectorate of Labor. Manpower agencies will also be required to submit to the competent Employment Centre, every six months, an Activity-Control Map. Executive Decree No. 11/19 entered immediately into force.
