Contextualizada na dinâmica de trabalho da equipa de Timor-Leste esta função abarca um leque de responsabilidades não só em termos de trabalho jurídico, mas também na gestão de clientes e na gestão do escritório de Díli, das quais se destacam:
- Assessoria jurídica no âmbito de diversos assuntos, com prevalência nas áreas de Corporate, Bancário e Fiscal;
- Representação de clientes em matérias de direito da energia e direito internacional de elevado valor;
- Gestão presencial do relacionamento com os clientes locais;
- Participação em eventos de promoção da atividade;
- Apoio na gestão diária do escritório de Díli;
- Apoio da estratégia de desenvolvimento da prática jurídica de Timor-Leste.
- Experiência de 3 a 8 anos na área de direito financeiro e mercado de capitais

Our Corporate & Commercial team is young and enthusiastic, combining several partners with extensive experience in different jurisdictions and a mix of associates with diverse seniority levels. The team assists domestic and international clients in connection with their day-to-day corporate needs, as well as in respect of challenging and complex cross-border transactions.
