Companies pertaining to the oil industry that entered into a Program Contract with the Ministry of Petroleum and/or filed their Human Resources Development Plan in 2015 must submit an Implementation Report on the training and recruitment initiatives listed in that Contract and/or Plan to the Ministry by 31 March 2016. This requirement is mandated by Article 9 of the Training Decree-Law, which was enacted by Decree-Law No. 17/09, of 26 June 2009. The Implementation Report must be prepared using the official forms approved by the Ministry of Petroleum.
