Francisco has a Degree in Law from Lisbon University Law School (2003), a Post-graduation Degree in Commercial Law from the Lisbon Law School of the Catholic University of Portugal (2007) and a Post-graduation Degree in Business intelligence and Knowledge Management from Information Management School of Nova University (2021). Admitted to the Portuguese Bar Association, Francisco worked as a lawyer for several years. Currently he works in Knowledge Management, with a special focus on African countries.
